The Carrington combines succulent menus with breathtaking views to make every night one to remember. Our licensed restaurant caters for maximum 80 people and opens six nights per week. Our qualified Chefs bring a wealth of experience from Melbourne and overseas. Creativity and presentation is their pride. The restaurant opens for breakfast with a wonderful selection on display from our buffet.Bookings for lunch facilities are available on request. • The Carrington is ideal for business functions. At The Carrington we have the flexibility to be able to tailor our facilities to suit your specific requirements. The Carrington offers three conference rooms which can accommodate groups from 5 - 160 guests. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. For conferences we have an extensive range of equipment, which includes whiteboards, projectors and screens. Fax and photocopy facilities are available along with accesss to the internet. If additional equipment is required, we will be more than happy to assist with these requirements. Morning tea through to A la ` Carte menus are available to suit the needs of your guests.
